long long weekend

well... this has been a rather dull weekend, although the past couple weeks surely havent!!
hmmm... alot has happened since then. lets see, we've had SAC elections and May Day, both fun. there was TRHAC opening which was alot of fun chillling with my friends, eating the best pizza in the world while doing really wierd jobs (like trimming hedges that didn't need to be trimmed). Mosaic precamp was also recent, which was alot of fun, sleeping in the durashelter and especially not cooking.
then there was the MCB and school concerts. i playedfairly well, i think for all of them. slightly less on thursday night cus i got a concussion thurs aft. while at a "light rugby practice" light my ass. well... the concert was interesting cus i almost passed out hmm... 5 times maybe. one of them was caught on tape though, it was hightly amusing to watch that in class. I also learned how to play halo that week at Daves... it was really wierdly fun. although i suck at it. we also watched wedding crashers... which segways perfectly into what happened next:
Katie's wedding. it was so sweet and alot of fun cus it was alot fo ppl i haven't seen in a while. the reception was awesome, dancing and cake and bubbles! and simply just fooling around with claire pauline and melanie in our hotel room. So much fun.
this past week has been good, a little stressful, and i guess annoying would be the right word for it cus everyone was tlkaing about prom...
friday was a really fun day cus no one was at school, cus of wonderland and prom, so i called up pauline to go on a lunch time escapade with me. we went to get sushi. except we got there and it wasn't open, so we walked around, throught he wet grass and came back. mmmm california rolls. we then went to timmys for dessert, and then walked back to school. it was alot of fun gallavanting around liek that. english class was even fun that day, which completed my day. we also had the soweto marimba kidz come in to our school and they were awesome!!! Kat and i were dancing. lol.
after school, Pauline, claire and my family went to see the DaVinci code. we tried for the 730 or 8 but the tix were all sold out until 1050,so we decided to go then, but it was like 3 hours away so we came back home and watched whale rider and played air hockey. then went to see the movie. i won't ruin it, but i was sooo excited and IIII thought it was great. i also screamed rather heinously.
saturday i slept until 1, then went shopping and got some new pants, cus i deperately needed them. and t-shirts.... and flip flops. although it is too cold to wear them still. stoopid weather, i was supposed to be canoeing this weekend!
well... today, i've done practically nothign, tonights the bbq/fireworks on Major buttons (my old street) and tomorrow... Not affiliateds in barrie, so i suppose i am too, and homework... gag.
then its back to school... not too sure how i feel about that, but its a 4 day week, so thats good. Music Banquet's coming up and i'm sooooo friggen excited. its going to be a blast!!! i just need to get my dress to fit cus it seems to have gotten bigger, or i've gotten smaller...
we also have 2 rugby games this week. so far we're undefeated so that is really good for OFSAA prospects. i had to sit out the game last wed cus of my head, so hopefully i will be able to play this week,i havent needed tylenol or advil since thursday!! and the lump aka bertha has subsided, althgouh is still pretty tender. oh well... such is life.
