Its been a while

so, yes i know it has been a while, but between getting ready for Ireland, going to Ireland, and recovering from Ireland by doing ALOT of work, I really haven't had time to get around to it, so today, i said i would come on the computer JUST to write, and that was more than half an hour ago. i'm so good at this.
well.. Ireland was AWESOME. i really mean it. Between all the partying, sightseeing, eating and WINNING (5 and 0!!!) we did, i'm surprised i found time to practise good personal hygiene. I'm really looking forward to this season, beucase judging by how it looks now, next year will be iffy. Dublin for St. Patty's day was INSANE, and even though i was sick, I still managed to enjoy myself. The parade was awesome, and the city was just buzzing with energy. I really liked Dublin, and Ireland, SOOOOOO green and FUN.
since then, i've been in major work mode, trying to catch up, learning entire units! I've also been on the look out for a job, Camp Robin Hood interview went well, and my Town of Markham one is on friday. its exciting. i've also goen mini putting, synchronized swimming, swinging, bowling and scrabble playing(and not to forget the awesome karaoke that went on today at lunch). its been alot of fun just spending time with my friends. its also full swing back into band, which means full swing back into caswell, and playing until my lips fall off. oh how i love it.
its almost the busy time of year again, and by that i mean guiding things every weekend between now and MUSIC BANQUET!!! so i'd best put in as much friend stuff now, cus i will become scarce on weekends starting... NOW.
coming up: Wake-a-thon, Cabaret, Easter, London Rangers come here and LEAD 2 retreat. its going to be a very busy busy time. EVERYONE GO TO CABARET!! Lead retreat should be interesting too, but i'm really really scared about the high ropes. its really just one outdoorsy thing i don't do. anyone who went on the music council retreat knows that... unfortunately. don't worry, i'll do it, but i'll be in tears. its wierd how it does that to me.
anyways... i think that's substatial for now... i will post again as soon as something exciting happens, which judging by my agenda, should be soon.

here's a song i really like, and it has rung true a couple of times. i really just love it.
Let It Go
Released February 2004(written by Doyle/Sampson/Daly)

Hey man, you don't know what you're missing
You count your curses and forget about the blessings
Don't you think you should learn a little lesson
What are you waiting for?

Hey man, what makes you so special
Can't seem to find the angels for the devils
Don't you think that if you learned to love a little
You'd live a whole lot more

Chorus
Let it Go Let it Go
This is smaller than you know
No bigger than a pebble lying on a gravel road
Let it Go Let it Go
Got to leave it all behind you
Give the sun a chance to find you
Let it Go

Lift you head, there's no time for crying
You made your bed but don't think its fit to lie in
Wasted on the ground when you know you should be flying
What are you waiting for?

Bridge
How can a man not see
It seems so clear to me
You've just got to live and learn
Smile at the simple stuff
This road ain't long enough
To miss a single turn

Me on the highropes was ridiculous. I didn't think I'd be scared till I was on it and I was like shiiite I'm not scared but my legs are shaking uncontrollably! lol.

Don't worry Kristen - just try your hardest =). P.S. positive attitude amongst the groups are the best solution to your fears.

Heh music banquet seems so far away but really ... it's only just over 2 months away. Oh my gosh!
