...and then all the fun was spoiled

hi all!
its been a while, and lots of fun things have happened, and a couple not so fun things. hmmm.. wake a thon was fun! very tired the day after, but still managed to drag myself out of bed to see the ice show with marissa. we shouted loudly at Katie about her being a jedi and a princess. it was tres fun. then along came easter, where i made the trek to montreal again, which was very relaxing as there is little to do at grandmas. got lots of chocolate. then off to Bark Lake, which was KILLER!! i really really loved it. we had good weather too.

then friday was cabaret! I am SOOOOO glad that it went well! i was freaking tired, but it was still great to see all the uni kids again, go out for dinner with Caitlin and Matt and perform with excellence. Dave and i played pretty well, MMBB was shaky through madrid, and i DID nail my D although even the mic didn't pick it up as it was soooo quiet. Soul Man ROCKED. even with its lack of practice. Church Street was unbelieveable. i actually thought of a convincing solo, and we played Dorian way so well. maybe i should solo when i'm exhausted more often. Clean up went much more quickly than last year, and alot more fun. We all then loaded up the cars to go to Boston Pizza, which turned out to be fun, until the fun ended for me. I then leapt at the next chance to go home.

Sat woke up miserable... took meds and went back to sleep, and woke up much later. Then went downtown to meet up with my ranger group who was hosting the London rangers this weekend. we went to the Old Spaghetti Factory for dinner, and then saw Take the Lead. it was SOOOOO good. then went back to the youth hostel. in the morn, we went to Tims while the london girls went up the CN tower even though it was really foggy. we then went to the Blue Jays game, and since i couldn't get my contacts in this morning for some reason, i couldn't see all that far with my glasses, so i might as well have been watching it on TV. oh well, we still had fun squishing ice cream in peopel's faces and attacking Tina with popcorn.

now i'm at home, pretty tired and miserable, trying to do this BP208 thing, without much success as i'm SO sidetracked, you'd be too if you were me.
