2004... my year in review

well 2004 has come and gone again. good bye. As much as it was really great, i'm REALLY looking forward to 2005...this much!!!(stretches arms out as wide as possible) but before i get to that... let's look back at 2004.

• 2004 began in my house... yay no party there.
• on my birthday we went to see Lord of the Rings with ALL the Giftees- probably the BEStEST b-day yet!!
• had such a fun time hiding behind curtains at Grade 10 band competitions with Claire and Taylor... and also naming "Giovvanni" and "cymbal girl"
• FUNDRAISING
• March Break at DisneyWorld(it was my first time there... very excited)
• Jazz Band competitions- me getting a little close and personal with my trumpet... err...
• Fundraising
• SUMMATIVES!!! yay for Aladdin!!
• WASHINGTON!!!!!!! OMG SO MUCH FUN... craziness... amanda looking for guys... kim hitting her head on the cieling... the army guys... red bull... and especially the lovely bruise i got the day before from RUGBY!!
• WHITE WATER RAFTING!!!! christina falling asleep... renee and her guys... singing random songs... hot tub!!
• Ecology Centre and Samuel de Champlain P.P. "ahh don't come in, I'm NAKED!!!" PYROS UNITE!!
• Gourmet Camping weekend... "i live on a glacier, eh! My name is Charging Moose, and we're ALL FAMILY... yeah dad's cooking the seal blubber right now!! mmm... i love seal blubber"
• NMC!!!! the BEST week this summer!!! oh all the GREAT TIMES... Melissa, Kiirsi, Katie, Jess, Thea, Ali, even Veronica... Melissa- oh all our late night conversations and meal time adventures!! CABIN 16 ROCKS... even if we flooded 3 times...
• LEAD retreat- AWESOME enough said
• FUNDRAISING
• Gr 9 Music retreat- so much better this year!! umm... except my little bedtime mishap
• Bruce Trail... 25 Km later, somehow i'm still alive!! SO MUCH FUN
• EVERY GEOGRAPHY CLASS
• music council social... yay for skating and singing randomly... and even somehow... ping pong (i'm still scared of eric)

well... that was eventful... and LONG... sorry about that... i needed to focus on the good times... it has really made me realize how much more fun i had this year than i thought i did. i won't go into the bad memories.

well there are a few key reasons why i'm looking forward to 2005(this list i short i promise)

• MY G1!!! Jan 9th is SO CLOSE... oh yeah its also sweet 16...
• ITALY!!!!! So friggin excited.... no matter how many grade 10s are going
• JAMIE'S COMING!!!!! plus the canoe trip... but that's a minor detail...
• EUROPE 2005- the thing i've been looking forward to since i got home from Mexico... 2 weeks visiting my cousins in Bakewell and various parts of scotland then 3 1/2 weeks of GIRL GUIDE TRIP!!! Peak 2005, london, Holland, Belgium, France and finally OUR CHALET in SWITZERLAND!!! OMG am i ever excited!!! 208 days!!
• everything else is insignificant

well that wraps up my year in review. i learned alot last year, and i'll apply it this year. i'm older and wiser... hopefully that will help.

if you actually read it all... thanks for reading it... you really didn't have to i just needed to write, STOOPID LATIN SUMMATIVE has got me BORED. now i guess its back to the worship of Isis. how exciting.
