Santa Claus is Coming to Town

well, today was the Santa Claus Parade! the LEAD 1s collected money for Free the Children. it was fun, but now i have no voice. being sick sucks. We raised $602 for FTC!! We kicked last year's LEAD 1s BUTTS!! ha ha... neener neener neener. Now, i'm in the Christmas mood. its such a GREAT time of the year!! all the songs... and it means SKI SEASON IS COMING!!! woohoo. i only got to ski 3 times last year, cus it was so COLD!! so i'm a little ski-deprived.

Last night was the Festival of Lights. it was fun, we were selling Girl Guide cookies, soup, hot chocolate, apple cider, 'Full o' Beans' soup mix, crafts... need i go on? we sold alot. Cam and Stef came to visit me, as did Kim and sarah and Hayley like 5 times. anyways, Cameron and Stef brought me a noisemaker and a card that reads "merry christmas MOTHER" or soemthing liek that, i'm sure it had mother in it. now my mom thinks they're wierd... but then again, have any of my friends ever been NORMAL?? then they gave me a pamphlet they found on the ground... thanks guys. appreciate it. i had fun shouting out 'girl guide cookies' and other things of that nature, while freezing my butt off. another contributing factor to me losing my voice.

Thursday was SEMI!! yay for semi. it was so much fun. he stef and becca with the 'plan' it was great. i had SO MUCH FUN!! he he... our whole cookie ordeal, and Alec dancing. it all amdde for a very memorable evening. to all the ppl who sat at my table... you guys ROCK!!

ooh Friday at lunch all i did was sit in the MC office and talk to ivan... it was one of those deep talks. one of the ones that make you realize you're mad for no reason. i had a similar conversation with carolyn (Dr. T) on the way home, and i realize now that i have said some pretty awful things lately and i really shoudln't have. So, to everyone i've ever talked behind their back before, i'm sorry. i probably didn't mean it. and to think of it, you probably don;t knwo it either, but i'm sorry anyways. i'm no longer mad that there are 4 chairs, or any other LEAD comments i've made. the point is, is this is where i am now, and nothing we can say about hitngs that happened int eh past can change it, so why bother. we can learn from it, and move on, but yeah, for me, no dwelling on the past.

wow that was a deep blog... i have to go now... homework to do. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
