just a random thought...
yes... i know i updated like HOURS ago... but all throughout my horrible tummy ache last night... i was listening to music and thinking about some songs that really helped me, or songs that have really great memories attatched to them. i have just got to say that Angels by robbie williams is definitely one of those songs (and i know this sounds wierd), but it sometimes almost makes me cry. and it's not like i'm one to go and cry alot for no reason, but this song... i dunno, it has really helped me through some tough times. i've only had it on a mixed tape my cousin sent to me from England after she moved, which makes it special, and everytime i'm in need of comfort, that tape is the one i listen to, spice girls or not. and Angels, i probably wore out my tape player the number of times i rewound it. not only is it an amazing song, and definetly one of my favourites, but its the one that i listened to all through the nights when i would lie awake thinking. really sappy, i know, but its so true. it's that one song that every time i hear it, i just want to sing it loud. Good mother, especially the Theresa Sokyrka version, it's also a song i find really humbling.
Here are some more songs/albums that bring back memories...
