GREAT start to a GREAT week!!

so... it has been a REALLY long time since i posted, and that's homework's fault. for once though, the teachers are slacking off on regular homework... its like the "calm before the storm" in the summative world. UGGHHH... i just want school to be over.

well... here's my GREAT start to a GREAT week... MDHS GIRLS RUGBY ARE NOW YRAA CHAMPS!!! wooohooo!!! OFSAA here we come!!! so here's my recount on the day...
wake up normal time, ride to school to carry my massively over-packed bag, music, leave. we get there and a bunch of us decide we have to go to the bathroom... so like 3 ppl run in ahead of me, then i look at the door, and it CLEARLY says "MEN" on it... but ha ha to the people who ran in... so the rest of us are waiting outside, waiting for them to come running out. they do so.. screaming, apparently they saw some things that weren't meant to be seen. (oops). in the end, we found the girls washroom. then rest, warm up, then game vs. Alexander MacKenzie... eww how i dislike that team. they put Krucas out, and that tight short girl is trying to prove something in a game of all girls... needless to say it doesn't work.. so yeah... i think she pisses everyone off. and... Alex Mac cheats and is always offside... oh well, so the game was a tie, after i "assisted" a try, by passing the ball to kalie just before she dove over the line. it was SO COOL!! and luckily Mr. Harris was there to see it!! it was so good, i was so happy, the team was SO happy, everone was SO HAPPY... so anyways, we went into over time, and nothing happened, so then we had kicks, and STEPH WHITTAMORE won us that!!! and so we advanced to play stouffville in the FINALS!!
The stouffville game was, in my perspective, better than the first game. maybe it was becuase we wanted it so much more, i dunno, it was a very good game, Except that about 15 mins in Jen Baron got tackeld funny and she hurt her neck, and she was on the ground, mr harris had to hold her head, and an ambulance had to be called, and the game stopped for a long time. Luckily she's ok, and i got moved to loose-head which was perfect, cus i HATE tight!!! anyways, stouffville was the team that took me out for 3 weeks with my stoopid leg, so tehre was some beef there, and i think i played alot better, the whole team did, every time stouffville scored, we pushed back and evened up the score. it was SO much fun being part of a team like that. the rugby team has more comradery and sense of belonging than any other soccer or sports team i've ever been on. its just SO much fun to practice and go away on these trips... good thing it is, cus WE'RE GOING TO OFSAA NEXT WEEK!!! yay... 3 days off!! and full of rugby!!
SO excited for OFSAA, but i'm missing atleast 2 summatives, maybe more... it sucks. but OH WELL, my teachers are nice and just "bumping" me, so i do everything a class behind instead of having to catch up on my own.
on a non-sports note: DUCHESS THURSDAY NIGHT 7pm MAIN ST. MARKHAM, and i expect you all there! good food and good music make for a good time.

anyways, oooh... i'm getting my hair cut tomorrow!!! well... its usually not a big deal, but i'm cutting a foot of hair off, so it is. Yes, ONE FOOT of hair is coming off, and the cool thing is, it will still be long enough to put back. yeah, my hair's down to the small of my back now, and its getting a little annoying, and i really don't want it this long for canoeing, Europe, ANYMORE!! its annoying now, but i've been growing it since the end of grade 8 for locks of love, and now its finally long enough that i will still have some hair left when i cut it all off! yay, so look for a new look on thrus!

so yeah, besides that... hmm... MUSIC BANQUET... OMG going to be SO much fun!!!
